WTO, the road transportation will play a more and more important
role in the national economy and have higher requirements
for the tire quality and its identity with the robust growth
of Chinese automobile industry and road transportation.
As the No 1 rubber consumer nation in the world, the rubber
tire industry of China is stepping into its prime time for
its rapid growth. As a software company providing software
development, complete set of equipment and technical support
for rubber tire manufacturers home and abroad on a long-term
basis, the Company has been adhering to the principle of
“data-sharing and complementing each other” and actively
has been performing the international cooperation and is
absorbing the world-leading technology with many forms including
the technical exchanges, cooperation on production and global
procurement and is quickening the automation, information-based
development and industrialization of radial tire equipment.
The company separately has had technical cooperation on
equipment and facilities with MATADOR and KONSTRUKTA of
Slovakia and has produced world-leading complete unit of
radial tire production. In addition, the Company has established
technical cooperative partnership with many world known
industrial automation suppliers such as ROCKWELL, SIMENS,
SMC, and FESTO. The Company may make a full knowledge of
the latest trends in the industry on a real-time basis and
apply the frontier technologies of international industrial
automation and information to its products.
In the course of foreign exchanges, MESNAC is adopting the
exchange mode of “introducing and sending out” on international
talents and technology, and has introduced top-notch technical
experts in the industry to participate in the RD and construction
of the projects, and has sent key technicians abroad to
learn and have training or have academic exchanges with
foreign experts periodically.

In Nov.2002, a seven-member visiting group headed by Mr. SEKO, vice minister of Slovakian Economy Ministry, Mr. Lubomir PLSKO, president of KONSTRUKTA Co., Ltd visited Qingdao. At the Conference Center of Qingdao Municipal Government, KONSTRUKTA Co., Ltd signed a cooperative agreement with the company on “Industrial information-based production technology and equipment”.

In March 2003, a visiting group headed by Mr. Stefan ROSINA, president of MATADOR Co., Ltd had a visit to the company. The company and MATADOR Co., Ltd held a signing ceremony on the cooperative project of “Radial Tire Multi-Drum Building Machine” in Haitian Hotel.

On May, 11th 2004, MESNAC held a signing ceremony of “technology cooperation on rubber tire equipment” with Matador Co., Ltd, Slovakia in Haitian Hotel. Pavol Rusko, vice premier of Slovakia, and some officials attended the ceremony including Ma Lunye, vice chairman of Qingdao NPC, Cui Xizhu, vice secretary of Qingdao CPC, standing vice mayor of Qingdao, Ju Hongzhen, head of National Rubber Industry Association.

On 23rd July, 2004, a visiting group headed by Mr. Kenneth F.Deken, vice president of ROCKWELL Automation Co., Ltd, a world-leading industrial automation supplier, had a commercial visit to the company. Both parties had discussions in depth on the establishment of the global strategic partnership.
